There is a minimum of 24 pieces. These can be assorted sizes, but must be the same design on all items.
Can we order more after we receive our order?
Yes. We will do one reorder without additional set up charges. The reorder must be placed within 10 days after the initial order has been received. After that, it is considered a new order and the minimums and set up charges apply.
Can you design a logo for us?
Yes, we ask that you give us an idea of what you are wanting and any details you want included. (i.e.-year, dates, occasion, etc.)
Do we see the artwork before the items are printed or embroidered?
Yes. We email the artwork to you for your approval. This includes the specific colors, size and location indicated.
How quick can we get them done?
Normal delivery time is 7-10 business days once the artwork is approved.
Can I pay half now and the balance when I receive my order?
If there is not an account established, we require 50% deposit when the order is placed and the balance when the order is shipped.
How do I get my order once it is complete?
If local, your order can be picked up. In which case, you would be called when your order is done. Otherwise, your order will be shipped to you by the due date on your order.
What is your Return Policy?
We guarantee 100% satisfaction on our products. We do require that if there are any discrepancies, that is it reported to us within 72 hours of receipt of your order.
